Obstacles Are Those Frightful Things You See When You Take Your Eyes Off Your Goal.

Going the distance!

Going the distance is not easy. It is not for the faint of heart, it takes persistence and dedication. Choosing to be a distance runner has molded how I view this world. I understand that if I want to be able to run far, it takes a level of commitment that not everyone can do. It is a lot of 4 am morning runs before work, it is choosing to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. By contrast, my pursuit to be a creative leader within the graphic design space is no different. I have this creative energy that needs to get out of me. I am a maker, a creator of visual art. To be great at this is to understand the process. I’m not the best creative in the world, some people do certain things better than me. With this said, my ability to listen and lead sets me apart from those in my field. I pride myself on my ability to listen to the client ask and then understand how to get them exactly what they had in mind. I pride myself on my ability to bring out the best in those around me. I understand the creative process, I understand what it takes to create art at a high level, and I understand what it means to
go the distance.

Cheers!
